Cavanagh Baker is looking for a part time pattern maker and seamstress to join the team in their Nashville atelier. This person will require extensive knowledge of apparel construction, pattern making and fit. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and be open to working with a wide range of products, people and fabrications ranging from leathers to novelty textiles.

 

CAVANAGH BAKER SEEKING FASHION INTERN

REQUIREMENTS

Tracking and organizing samples being sent/received to stores, factories, and stylists and media loans.

Assisting with e-commerce site maintenance

Assisting the office manager with shipments and administrative tasks

Management of fashion closet and archival of vintage inspiration

Social media assistance, content research, and engagement.

Studio and location photo shoot assistance

Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Team player who can also work independently

Organized with high attention to detail

Positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Able to take direction     

Solution oriented, creative thinking, and a proactive work ethic

Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion and trends

Experience with photography is a plus, but not required
